Now saying that zack's acting is somewhat similar in these two movies is something that you see in many great actors, because actors have certain roles in which they excel at, which may be why zack was picked for this role. On a side note i am not saying anyone who says braff is a bad writer/director/actor is wrong, everyone has their own opinions, i just wanted to state that these movies being similar has nothing to do with zack. zack braff did not have any part in writing or directing “The Last Kiss”, so if both movies are the same–which after wathcing both i do not believe they are– it is not zack’s fault (although he did have part in one shot at the end and one song).
